Placing Orders:
Orders can be placed exclusively through our website. We accept payments via PayPal, including Debit/Credit Card checkout through PayPal Guest Checkout.

We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order at our discretion, including but not limited to:

• Items being out of stock

• Pricing or product listing errors

• Issues identified with product quality prior to dispatch

2. Shipping and Delivery

We proudly offer complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Our logistics network includes trusted global courier partners such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, Canada Post, and PostNL, among others, based on your delivery location.

Orders are typically processed within 5–8 business days from payment confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time:
Standard global delivery typically takes 10–20 business days after dispatch, although delays may occur due to customs, holidays, or other logistical issues.

Customs and Duties:
We handle customs clearance on behalf of our customers in most regions. However, in countries with stricter import regulations (such as India, Brazil, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka), the customer may be responsible for coordinating customs clearance and bearing any associated fees or taxes.

Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Timepiece Global is not liable for delays or losses resulting from shipping issues outside our control.

3. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns only in the event of a confirmed product defect.

• If your watch arrives defective, you must notify us at support@shop-timepiece.com within 7 days of receiving the item.

• Our team will provide instructions for returning the item for inspection.

• Returned products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Upon receipt and verification of the defect, a replacement or refund will be processed within 3–4 business days.

Returns for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect orders, or non-defective issues are not accepted.
