Timepiece Return Policy
At Timepiece, customer satisfaction and product quality are at the core of everything we do. Our return policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and aligned with industry best practices. Please review the following terms carefully.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Watches
If you receive a watch that is damaged or defective upon arrival, you may request a return. Clear photographic or video evidence of the issue must be provided via email within the specified timeframe. -
Incorrect Item Received
If the item delivered is not the product you ordered, due to a warehouse or processing error, you are eligible to initiate a return or exchange.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

Change of Mind
Returns requested due to buyer’s remorse, dissatisfaction with the style, or personal preference will not be accepted. -
Incorrect Strap Size
We do not offer returns for issues related to incorrect strap sizing. We recommend checking sizing guidelines before placing your order. -
Manufacturer’s Warranty Coverage
Our watches do not come with a manufacturer’s warranty. Instead, all watches are covered under a 2-year in-house warranty offered by Timepiece.
In the event of a functionality issue during the warranty period, customers are responsible for shipping the item to one of our international service centers (address provided upon request).
3. Return Process
To initiate a return for an eligible item:

Step 1 – Contact Us
Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order by emailing support@shop-timepiece.com or messaging us through our social media channels. Include your order number and a description of the issue, along with relevant photos or videos. -
Step 2 – Return Authorization
If your request is approved, we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) Number and provide detailed return instructions. -
Step 3 – Shipping the Return

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping to our designated international warehouse.

We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service to prevent loss or damage during transit.

Returns sent without an RA number will not be processed.

Step 4 – Inspection and Outcome
Once we receive the returned item, it will be inspected for validation of the reported issue.
If approved, we will issue either:-
A full refund (processed within 2–4 business days), or

A replacement watch, depending on availability.

4. Timeframe

Return Initiation Window: Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be issued within 2–4 business days following inspection of the returned product.
5. International Orders

Customs Duties & Taxes:
Timepiece handles customs clearance for most international orders, and customers will not be charged any additional import duties or taxes upon delivery. -
Delivery Timelines:
Orders are typically delivered within 10–20 business days. However, delivery may be delayed due to customs processing, remote delivery zones, or unforeseen transit issues.
